Please send your paper(s) with no more than 8 pages, A-4 sheets, Times New Roman font, using the IEEE format. For submissions only PDF format is accepted. Details about author(s) must be provided: first name, last name, affiliation, position, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address. For papers with multiple authors the contact person must be indicated. You can confirm the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Author Guidelines at the following web page: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

CSCS21 uses easychair for papers submission. In the submission phase, please select the main topics related to your paper, specify the full name for all authors and include the keywords. The CSCS21 submission system is available at: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cscs21.

Review Process

The program committee, potentially assisted by outside referees in limited cases, will do reviewing of full papers. We will assign in the first step two reviewers for a submission and, if we not have a clear decision we will designate an advocate.  The evaluation will be based on originality, scientific significance, technical soundness, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be shepherded through an editorial review process by a member of the program committee.

Accepted submissions will be treated as confidential prior to publication in conference proceedings and special issues for  international journals. The special issues will be announced before the conference. Rejected submissions will be permanently treated as confidential.

By submitting a paper, the authors agree that at least one of them will attend the conference to present it. This is the strong condition for a submission to be considered for publication in a special issue.
